General*The Contractor undertakes to provide healthy and sustainable meals for the guests of the Michael Ende Primary School (47) and the Lummerland after-school care center (47) during its opening days. The meals offered in the school must meet the (science-based) quality requirements for a healthy and accepted diet for children. In order to fulfill the subject matter of the contract, the client allows and obliges the contractor to offer lunch to the pupils and teachers of the Michael Ende Primary School. Furthermore, the Contractor shall supply the after-school care center with goods for a healthy breakfast and a healthy snack in accordance with the criteria of the Brandenburg Day Care Center Act.catering days*Number of catering days during school hours:- 5 catering days/week- Monday - FridayNumber of catering days per year:- 5 catering days/week- Monday - Friday Catering days per year:- School year 2025/2026: 177, 74 vacation days/closing days- School year 2026/2027: 186, 68 vacation days/closing days- School year 2027/2028: 192, 64 vacation days/closing days- School year 2028/2029: 182, 64 vacation days/closing daysThe number of catering days is an estimate. The number of catering days is an estimate and is therefore not guaranteed.During the vacations, pupils with after-school care links outside the closing times (including 2 weeks during the summer vacations) should be offered the same care as on school days. On excursion days during the vacations, a packed lunch option should be available instead of lunch. For special events (e.g. hiking days - approx. 2 per year, i.e. 8 in 4 years), cold meals will be provided instead of lunch.
