Germany - General planning for Südring daycare center - Replacement construction of a new daycare center for Elbkinder Hamburg

Elbkinder Vereinigung Hamburger Kitas gGmbH is a privately organized and non-profit company of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg, which is the city's largest provider of early childhood education with 188 daycare centres and 7,000 employees for approx. 32,000 children.
With this tender, Elbkinder Vereinigung Hamburger Kitas gGmbH is procuring general planning services for work phases 1 to 9 in accordance with the current HOAI for the building at Südring 40, 22303 Hamburg. The client intends to replace the building, which was constructed in 1987, with a new building. The existing building is not suitable for renovation and is therefore to be demolished. A simplified service phase 2 of the object planning according to HOAI was developed for a new building without the involvement of other specialist parties. A positive preliminary building permit has been issued on this basis. The client intends to create approx. 230 childcare places for children aged 0 to 6 years with a new building of approx. 1,860 m² gross floor area.
Scope of services: General planning services in accordance with HOAI LPH 1 to 9, commissioned in stages, with partial services for object planning LPH 1 to 2 already available. The demolition of the existing building and any transitional measures for the operation of the daycare center are part of the tendered scope of services.
A) Services for the object planning of buildings and interiors according to § 34 HOAI Basic services of service phases 1 to 9 according to § 34 HOAI in conjunction with AHO Specification No. 11 Annex 10,
B) Services for outdoor facilities in accordance with Section 39 HOAI Basic services of service phases 1 to 9 in accordance with HOAI in conjunction with Annex 11 to § 39 Para. 4, § 40 Para. 5,
C) Structural design services in accordance with Section 51 HOAI Basic services of service phases 1 to 6 in accordance with Section 51 HOAI in conjunction with AHO Specification No. 11 Annex 14,
D) Services for technical equipment in accordance with §§ 55 HOAI Basic services of service phases 1 to 9 in accordance with §§ 55 HOAI in conjunction with AHO specification no. 11, Annex 14 AHO Specification No. 11 Annex 15
E) Building physics services in accordance with Annex 1 (to § 3 Para. 1) Point 1.2 Building physics HOAI, the basic services include thermal insulation and energy balancing, building acoustics (sound insulation), room acoustics
F) Fire protection concept services in accordance with AHO specification no. 17, in particular chapters 1.4, 4 and 5
