Description

In HafenCity Hamburg, in the Hamburg-Mitte district, the Kleiner Grasbrook district is currently being planned as a mixed-use area with commercial, office, residential and open space uses south of the Norderelbe and north of the Elbe island quarter. In the south-western area of the newly planned district, the existing port operations at O?Swaldkai are to continue in the future. The existing development of this O?Swaldkai terminal requires spatial adaptation and upgrading due to the plans for the use of the Kleiner Grasbrook district. External access to the island-like port area is currently via the Hansa Bridge in the south and the Sachsen Bridge in the east. In future, the O?Swaldkai terminal is to be accessed via the Hansa Bridge to the south, initially via the existing Dessauer Strasse, from which the planned New Access Terminal O?Swaldkai (NZTO) is to turn northwest approximately at the level of the existing access road to Edeka and then end in a traffic circle in front of the Fruchthafen Hamburg hall.

The measure tendered here includes the construction, provision and removal of traffic control measures in the area of Dessauer Straße (inner development) as well as the large-scale detour signage (outer development). The traffic control measures are essentially based on the standard plans, but must be adapted to local requirements in individual cases. For this purpose, the client will hand over traffic routing plans ordered by the responsible police department to the contractor "traffic routing measures".

The main services of this tender for traffic control measures for external development are:

- Creating, setting up and maintaining the large-scale signage, partly in fixed installation, with regard to the directional signage (see 2021234-15-003 Superordinate traffic guidance NZTO).

The main services of this tender for traffic management measures for internal development are

- Installation and maintenance of temporary traffic routing in accordance with the annex (2021234-15-005 Dessauer Straße/Neue Zufahrt Terminal O'Swaldkai) as well as repeated conversion and maintenance as required, in accordance with the annex (2021234_Übersicht Umbauszenarien Erschließung NZTO_2024-10-09).

A site visit is strongly recommended to all interested bidders. Most of the site is freely accessible. Enter at your own risk. Minimum requirements for secondary tenders (Section 8 (2) No. 3 b) VOB/A EU)
- Compliance with all qualitative requirements for main bids from the tender documents (no "lean bids")
- Compliance with the execution deadlines specified in the BVB
- Assumption of responsibility for the approvability of any special technical proposals
- Assumption of any additional planning costs for any special proposals.
- As the price is the sole evaluation criterion, any special proposal must have an impact on the price in order to be evaluated. Award criterion for special proposals: Price
