Description

As established in Memorandum N°120 dated May 20, 2024 from Dr. Julio Meza Arriagada, Chief of Neurosurgery to the Administrative Deputy Director, as established in Memorandum N°104 dated April 11, 2024 from DR. Manuel Gómez Zerpa Chief Neurosurgery Physician addressed to the Administrative Deputy Director, as established in Memorandum N°226 dated October 08, 2024 from Dr. Manuel Gómez Zerpa Chief Neurosurgery Physician addressed to the Administrative Deputy Director, requests the contracting of "ACQUISITION OF INPUTS FOR NEUROSURGICAL INTERVENTIONS OF THE NEUROSURGERY UNIT OF THE HOSPITAL DR. ERNESTO TORRES GALDAMES" in order to adequately and sufficiently satisfy the health care needs of the inhabitants of the Tarapacá Region, as well as for the efficient and effective use of the resources of this Hospital, in the exercise of health actions that directly benefit the users of our health system. Actions that must be fulfilled regularly and continuously, and to which this Hospital is obliged, under penalty of incurring in a breach of the obligation and mandate of our Magna Carta, consisting of respect for the right to health, care, protection and recovery, leading to an eventual liability for lack of services or failure to provide them in a timely manner, medical care that is guaranteed by our health system.
