Friedrich-Ebert-Grundschule is an elementary school run by the town of Luckenwalde. Nevertheless, there are still structural defects and shortcomings that need to be rectified as part of a partial refurbishment. This mainly involves replacing or refurbishing all windows in line with listed building requirements, upgrading the energy efficiency of the school building, designing the rear sealed area with the bicycle parking facility in line with the climate and requirements and dealing with the listed bunker on the site in line with requirements.
