Description
The purpose of this Call for Quotation (CfQ) is the Services of a medical doctor to perform employee Sickness Verification Visits For service for Project Green where the medical doctor will verify the sickness of Project Green employees reporting sick from work for the period of 12 months on an ‘if and when required’ basis. Furhter information can be obtain within the tender document including the documents which must be submitted by each economic operator prior the time-limit for participation. N.B. Offers of €10,000 or over would not be accepted by the Contracting Authority.
