Framework contract agreements for frequently recurring repair/construction services in the trade of water and wastewater installation work on properties (plumbing/heating) from
a service volume > 1,900.00 ? to max. 12,605.00 ? per individual order, as well as construction measures for which the lower limit is suspended (commissioning from 0.01 to max. 12,605.00? net per individual order. Execution of the work in the entire WBM portfolio \/ in the urban area: Mitte, Friedrichshain, Kreuzberg, Spandau and scattered properties: Wedding, Pankow\/Weissensee, Alt-Treptow, Charlottenburg\/Wilmersdorf, Steglitz\/Zehlendorf, Neukölln
The term of the framework agreements is 2 years plus an extension option for the client of 4x 6 months. The division takes place in 4 lots. These are made up of the neighborhood management areas (QBT) shown in the appendix.
The Contractor currently assumes an annual turnover \/ number of orders for the following lots, whereby turnovers may also be higher or lower.
The client will conclude a framework agreement with a maximum of 4 bidders. It is possible to apply for several lots. A maximum of 2 lots can be awarded per bidder.
The performance period begins on 01.11.2024 and ends on 31.10.2026.
