France - Framework agreement Supply, transmission of natural gas and related services 2026-2028

Description

The purpose of this multi-tender framework agreement is to:
 The supply and delivery of natural gas to the delivery points (PDL) listed in the CCTP-C and in the appendices to the subsequent contracts for the members of the order group, listed in the appendix to the CCAP-C and in the appendices to the subsequent contracts;
 Coverage of storage obligations;
 Obligations to return biogas production certificates to the French government as of July 1, 2023, in accordance with articles R-446-113 to R446-124 of the French Energy Code;
 Invoicing, including the transmission of invoices by Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and the handling of relations with the Distribution System Operator under a single contract, to the public distribution network;
 Compulsory services described in the joint special administrative clauses (CCAP-C) and joint special technical clauses (CCTP-C).
