Description

The Free State of Bavaria, represented by the Bavarian State Ministry for the Environment and Consumer Protection, awards a framework agreement for the occupational medical care of employees in a sub-area of the Bavarian State Ministry for the Environment and Consumer Protection. The agreement is based on the Act on Company Physicians, Safety Engineers and other Occupational Safety Specialists (ASiG) and the "Guidelines for Ensuring Occupational Medical and Safety Protection in the Administration of the Free State of Bavaria" (Annex 4). (Annex 4), the Ordinance on Occupational Health Care (ArbMedVV) as well as examinations in accordance with the Driving License Ordinance (FeV), the Radiation Protection Ordinance (StrSchV) and other necessary recruitment and suitability examinations and assessments, e.g. those resulting from collective bargaining law.

The service is divided into 4 regional lots: Bavaria North, Bavaria East, Bavaria South and StMUV + LfU Augsburg.

The contract term begins when the contract is awarded, but at the earliest on 01.01.2025 and ends on 31.12.2028. Each contractual partner can terminate the contract prematurely after 12 months of the contract term with a notice period of 6 months without giving a reason for termination
