Germany - Framework agreement for the team development of operational managers

Description

BSR is looking for an external consultant to support the employees in the operational management teams on the basis of the regional realignment of the
business unit and the establishment of the functional model required for this, BSR is looking for external
competent specialist support. The service will be provided in the form of a framework agreement (contingent of days without
obligation to purchase) to the contractor.
This applies in particular to the following subject areas
- Conception of the team development process for each deployment manager with the pilot project as a blueprint (see
Annex C1)
- Accompanied implementation and moderation of workshops for the employees in the operational management teams in order to
practical implementation of the change process (using the functional model, establishing roles in a strength-oriented manner, integrating the BSR
competency model - see Appendix C2)
- Establish sustainable feedback structures in the operational management teams: Establish regular communication, train formats for
reflection in the team, theoretical introduction to communication models
- Provide target group-specific impetus in the area of digital collaboration and new ways of working in the context of New Work for
for employees in operational management and create learning effects in order to promote a corresponding mindset.
