Description
Framework agreement for the technical equipment services in accordance with HOAI Part 4 Section 2, § 53 Para. 2 No. 1 Waste water, water and gas systems, No. 2 Heat supply systems, No. 3 Ventilation systems, No. 7 Utilization-specific systems (medical gases)
and No. 8 Building automation, work phases 1 - 9 in accordance with § 55 HOAI, various construction measures for the restructuring of the Vinzentius Hospital in Landau.
The individual commissions are subject to project approval by the Ministry of Social Affairs and the owner of the Vinzentius Hospital. The client intends to commission the services for each construction project in stages. There is no legal entitlement to the transfer of all construction measures and service levels.
