Description

Grand Paris Aménagement requires polluted sites and soils services as part of its pre-operational studies:
- Pre-operational studies
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Land management
- Operations (AVP and PRO phases)
- Works for which Grand Paris Aménagement is the contracting authority.

The objectives are:

- Assess the risk of pollution, plan a program of investigations and obtain a 1st approach estimate of the costs of studies and land management required for the project,
- To verify the presence or absence of an impact of past and present activities on the quality of the subsoil, as well as the health compatibility with one's own project or that of a purchaser, and to measure the technical and financial consequences of pollution-related constraints on the development project, according to the defined developments and uses envisaged (in particular to fuel negotiations in the context of acquisition/sale),
- Make the state of subsoil pollution compatible with the planned development, by commissioning the necessary preliminary studies and environmental remediation work,
- Optimize land management within a circular economy framework,
- Integrate and develop an approach that takes into account all educational issues, and whenever possible, adapt the layout to the soil's potential (adapted plant palettes, etc.).
