Germany - Framework agreement for ecological construction supervision/consulting

Description

The aim of ecological construction monitoring is to ensure compliance with all statutory environmental regulations, standards and codes of practice, compliance with the nature conservation requirements arising from obtaining building rights and the avoidance of environmental damage, the resulting costs and delays.

This may involve projects in the following areas:
- Laying gas pipelines (low pressure, medium pressure, high pressure)
- Laying water pipes
- Laying of power lines (low voltage, medium voltage, high voltage)
- Laying of district heating pipes (hot water or steam)
- Construction and equipping of substations, transformer stations and transformer substations
- Measures in the vicinity of own properties

The main services include ecological construction consulting and supervision and the corresponding coordination of the construction project.
