Description
The "Strategy/ Projects/ Contact Management" team in the Development department of the Cleaning business unit (VR) is to be realigned in terms of content, personnel and organization. The team currently coordinates communication activities and customer contacts for the business unit, supports projects, initiates and plans technical innovations and supports strategy processes.
The new team will consist of five employees in future, two of whom will join the team and one of whom (technical innovations) will leave the team. Group management is not planned for this team; instead, the team will organize itself in the future. Self-organized teams are not established at BSR. Now, for the first time, a self-organized team is to be implemented in the cleaning department with professional support.
