Description
The Forsythe Water Storage Reservoir is to be fully refurbished per the contract
documents including:
.1 Interior surface cleaning, priming and coating
.2 Exterior surface cleaning, priming and coating
.3 Tank base repairs (spalled and cracked locations)
.4 Supply and installation of a lightning protection system
.5 Supply and install fall arrest system upgrades
.6 Supply and install roof access hatch and ladder davit mounts
.7 Cathodic protection system refurbishment
.8 Supply and install new roof walkway
.9 New logo
.10 Removal of existing ladder cage
.11 Scaffolding as required to access the tankage
.12 Relocation of existing instrumentation cabling
.13 Modifications to existing access ladder base to meet code requirements and
