The project is being carried out as part of a TÜ commission (planning of all trades across all work phases and execution.
On the approx. 3,800 m² plot of land (parcel 1588\/1, Trudering district) on Leibengerstrasse in Munich Trudering, Münchner Wohnen is planning a residential building for trainees with the Azubiwerk München and the personnel and organization department.
The project comprises a total of at least 141 residential units (135 single and 6 double apartments) with a total floor area of 5382m2.
Common rooms\/kitchens are provided on each floor
As there is no basement available, all necessary basement replacement areas, circulation areas and technical areas must be accommodated in the building in addition to the building development. In addition, the required car parking spaces (28 spaces in accordance with the city council resolution) and bicycle parking spaces (74 spaces) must be planned and provided in the outdoor facilities. Charging points for electric cars must be pre-equipped in accordance with the Building Electric Mobility Infrastructure Act (GEIG).
