Description

PROJECT BACKGROUND:
The Kananaskis Region consists of more than 150 campground and day-use sites as well as various other parks infrastructure that was typically constructed during the late 1970’s to mid-1980’s. Included in the long list of infrastructure, are several water and wastewater facilities in varying levels of disrepair that require programming system assessments, upgrades and replacements with newer technology.

PROJECT OBJECTIVE:
The objective of this project is to assess and standardize the existing facility programming and control systems at water treatment plants in the Kananaskis Region. Design-build replacement and/or upgrades are required for these systems in order to ensure that all facilities communicate with the Facility Operators efficiently and consistently.
