A refurbishment and extension of the property is planned for the Martinusschule, an elementary school of the city of Hürth, on the property at Am Druvendriesch 19, 50354 Hürth - Fischenich, part of the Fischenich district, parcel 3, plot 4511: To accommodate new school rooms as well as a canteen and school kitchen, which is also used temporarily as an event venue, an extension is to be realized in the form of a stand-alone new building, which is currently in the planning stage.
