Description

The City of Munich intends to invite tenders for the object planning according to Par. 39 HOAI LPH 1-9 outdoor facilities for the extension of the day nursery at Fromundstsr. 46, 81547 Munich.
The plan is to convert or extend the existing two-group after-school care center into a four-group after-school care center for a total of 100 children. The existing building is to be constructed as a pilot project using alternative and sustainable building materials such as straw, clay and wood.
Due to the limited space available on the site, caused by the neighboring buildings adjacent to the after-school care site, the partially protected tree population, which is to be preserved, and the resulting strong shading, a building structure that is as compact as possible is required. The possible use of the roof as a recreational or play area should be examined.

The open space planning includes the access areas as well as the design of the recreational and play areas (at least 1000 m²). The aim is to create a varied and natural environment for the after-school children, taking into account and incorporating the existing vegetation. The sustainability approach also applies here, particularly with regard to building materials, the degree of sealing and the treatment of existing buildings.

NUF (1-7): 693 m²
