Description
The supply of track materials such as rails, concrete sleepers, wooden sleepers and turnout sleepers for maintenance work on the Bremen Port Railway in Bremen and Bremerhaven is being put out to tender as a framework contract. The invitation to tender will be issued in lots, i.e. tenders can be submitted for one, two or all lots.
The contract is awarded to the most favorable bid per lot. A combination of the most favorable total price from two or three lots is therefore not
automatically awarded a contract for all lots! As the tendered services are part of maintenance work, the contract will be awarded in partial contracts in accordance with available budget funds. The client reserves the right to cancel individual items without replacement or to change the quantities. Additional claims cannot be derived from this.
