Germany - For DB Fahrzeuginstandhaltung GmbH, wheel overhauls are to be carried out for the new Cottbus plant.

Description

Wheel contact force measuring equipment (RAKME(n)) is to be procured for DB Fahrzeuginstandhaltung GmbH for the new Cottbus plant.
Like the plant, these systems must be designed primarily for the ICE 4, series 412 (7-, 12- and 13-car units). In the future, the maintenance of other series is also planned, such as ICE L and the future vehicles for high-speed transport, referred to as HGV3.0.
This invitation to tender relates to the planning, manufacture, delivery, assembly, commissioning and acceptance of RAKME(s) for the commissioning track in Hall 1 and the processing track in the RAKME\/DGS building complex.
The RAKME(s) in the commissioning track in Hall 1 are installed in the elevated track. The commissioning track can be divided into two independent work stands for the independent processing of two BR 412 (7-part). In the RAKME\/DGS building complex, the RAKME(s) will probably be installed in the track at ground level.
The design of these RAKME(s) must meet the requirements of DIN EN 15654-2. Either the static measurement method and\/ or the quasi-static measurement method should be used.
For this purpose, the requirements for the procurement of the RAKME(s) are described in two separate lots:
Lot 1:
IBS track hall 1 (track 120) - 120 force measuring units (static measuring method)
RAKME \/ DGS building (track 131) - 4 force measuring units (static measuring method)
Lot 2:
IBS track hall 1 (track 120) - quasi-static measuring method
RAKME \/ DGS building (track 131) - quasi-static measurement method
The client declares a reservation that either lot 1 or lot 2 will be commissioned, but not both.
