Description

The mission of the École nationale de police du Québec is to ensure the relevance, quality and coherence of police training, by acting as a focal point for reflection and integration of police training activities. The School is the exclusive provider of initial training for police personnel in patrol-gendarmerie, investigation and police management practices. The School also offers professional development activities and conducts training-oriented research.

Purpose

In order to operate our food and hotel service, the School is soliciting bids for the awarding of purchase order contracts, to be delivered to 350 Marguerite-d'Youville Street in Nicolet.

The scope of the contract is divided into seven (7) lots:

LOT 1 - Frozen fruit and vegetables
LOT 2 - Foodstuffs
LOT 3 - Seafood products
LOT 4 - Poultry
LOT 5 - Beef veal pork and lamb
LOT 6 - Processed meats
LOT 7 - Disposable supplies

Each lot may be the subject of an independent contract.

Contract duration

The contract will run for 13 months, with no possibility of extension, from November 1, 2024 to November 30, 2025.

Tender guarantee

No bid security is required.

Applicable intergovernmental agreement

Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), Quebec-Ontario Agreement (COA), and Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA).

Submission and opening of tenders

Bidders must meet all the requirements of the specifications and ensure that they have read and understood all the clauses. In addition, to be validly received, a bid must be deposited or mailed in a sealed envelope to the attention of Marie-Claude Hamel, at the School's Reception Office, located at 350 Marguerite-d'Youville Street in Nicolet J3T 1X4, by Wednesday, October 9, 2024 at 2:00 p.m., the date and time set for the bid opening. The School does not undertake to accept any of the offers submitted, even the most advantageous compliant offer.
