Detailed description of mineral water: - mineral content in the range from 500 to 1 500 mg/dm3;- CO2 assimilation max 4000 mg/dm3 (for carbonated water);- sodium content in water not more than 20 mg/dm3 (low sodium);- subjected to filtration and aeration processes;- mineral water fit for consumption for a period of not less than 12 months counted from the date of delivery to the Orderer documented by a delivery note;- delivered in certified packaging - PET type bottles: 0.5 l and 1.5 l containers; - 1.5 l mineral water bottles packed in 6 pcs.0.5 l bottles of mineral water packed in 12 pieces.the water should be clear, without sediment at the bottom of the bottle, neutral in smell and taste; - each bottle of mineral water should be labelled with the following information: - the producer; - the name of the spring from which the water comes; - the composition: The delivered mineral water in bottles must, in particular, meet the requirements and standards of designation specified in the following regulations:- Regulation of the Minister of Health of 31 December 2004.3.2011 r., on natural mineral waters, natural spring waters and table waters (Journal of Laws No. 85, item 466, as amended); - Act of 12.12.2003, on general product safety (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 2047, as amended); - Act of 25.8.2006, on food and nutrition safety (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1541 as amended) together with implementing provisions;- Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council of the EU No 1169/2011 of 25.10.2011 on the provision of food information to consumers;- Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development of 23.12.2014 on labelling of particular types of foodstuffs (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 29);- Act of 21.12.2000, about the commercial quality of agricultural and food products (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2164 as amended). 2. the list of prophylactic mealsThe total number of regenerative mealsLp. These are estimated quantities and will serve solely for the Contractor's orientation.3Detailed description of prophylactic mealsThe regenerative meals in jars should meet the following requirements: Requirements specified in the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 28.5.1996 on prophylactic meals and beverages (Journal of Laws 1996 No. 60 item 279) i.e. They should contain about 50 % - 55 % carbohydrates, 30 % - 35 % fats, 15 % proteins and have a calorific value of about 1 000 kcal. They should be of good quality without mechanical separation of meat (MSM), GMO-free, without the addition of dyes or preservatives.Preventive meals delivered in glass packaging, original, factory sealed, without any physical signs or traces of damage.Each pre-package must have a label containing details provided for in current legislation, in particular in the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council of the EU No. 1169/2011 of 25.10.2011.Expiry date of regenerative meals in glass packaging for a period of not less than 6 months from the date of delivery to the Purchaser, documented by a delivery note.Detailed requirements listed in current legislation on the production and marketing of food, in particular: Act of 25.8.2006, on Food and Nutrition Safety (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 149, as amended) with executive regulations.Detailed requirements contained in the Act of 21.12.2000, on the Commercial Quality of Agricultural and Food Products (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 2212).Information and markings on glass and metal canned packages formulated in Polish and meet the requirements of the Act of 12.1.2007, Detailed requirements contained in the Act of 25.8.2006 on food and nutrition safety (Journal of Laws No. 136, item 914, as amended).4. Documents required for preventive meals:- declaration of conformity of the Contractor that the offered product meets the requirements of Polish and European Union law in the field of marketing and safe use; - health quality certificate (for packaging) or manufacturer's declaration; - certificate of the State Veterinary Inspectorate or other authorized body on qualification to trade on the EU market in the field of meat processing; - certificate of the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) system, manufacturer or Certificate of introduction and use of the HACCP system, issued by the implementing body, and confirmation of implementation of the HACCP system issued by the State Sanitary Inspectorate.If the attached documents are not issued to the Economic Operator, he should attach a statement issued by the entity for which they were issued that he has the right to use these documents, and these documents have not been cancelled or withdrawn.
