The subject matter of the contract is the delivery of foodstuffs to the Police Training Centre in Legionowo and to the Administration and Management Department in Sulkowice2. The subject matter of the contract has been divided into 12 parts3. Pursuant to article 455 paragraph 1 point 1 of the Act, in connection with the specific functioning of the unit and the possibility of a decrease in the number of fed people, the Ordering Party reserves the possibility of not fulfilling the whole order without financial and legal consequences. The minimum remuneration for the Contractor in such a case shall amount to PLN 1,482650.00 gross4. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to unilaterally extend the period for completion of the contract up to 60 days after the date specified in the contract, within the financial resources determined for this purpose, and to demand conclusion of an annex to the contract in this respect5. The contracting authority in this procedure shall apply the so-called "reverse procedure" referred to in art. 139 of the Act.

Milk and milk products - delivery to the Department of Administration and Economics in Sułkowice.The unit price includes the cost of transport of the subject matter of the contract to the Employer's seat.All products are delivered in unit packages with a label containing: the name of the manufacturer,- expiry date,- method of storage,- composition of the product.The order will be carried out in batches (twice a week).
