Description
The subject of the contract are: Successive supply of foodstuffs to Primary Schools and Kindergarten No. 8 of the Municipality of Tczew. The quality of delivered foodstuffs, the way they are packaged, as well as the type of packaging used - must be in accordance with standards and generally applicable laws, while maintaining good manufacturing practices (GMP) good hygiene practices (GHP) and the principles of food safety system - HACCP system. Goods must be of full quality. The quantities of foodstuffs contained in the Description of the subject of the contract are approximate quantities of the planned needs, because they approximately correspond to the structure of demand. This means that these quantities do not represent the final size of the order, as a result, they cannot constitute grounds for claims for unfulfilled deliveries. The ordering party reserves the right to limit the scope of the order to 60% of its value.

Shelf life: for the delivered items: min. 30 days of the period specified by the manufacturer , calculated from the date of delivery,4. delivery: foodstuffs should be delivered in food contact boxes, should be vacuum packed. They must be healthy, without signs of frostbite, full in the middle, medium in size, healthy, clean, free from soil and other contamination, without residues of plant protection products, mechanical damage and those caused by pests, causing a reduction in the value of use. Shape characteristic of the variety. Color and cross-section typical of the variety, without excessive external moisture and disease symptoms. No signs of rotting, wilting or shriveling,3. Packaging: packed in bags of up to 15kg maximum. 1. quality: vegetables and fruits of the first class according to the PN, healthy, clean, free from soil contamination and other impurities, without residues of plant protection products, mechanical damage and damage caused by pests, causing a reduction in the use value. Shape characteristic of the variety. Color and cross-section typical of the variety, without excessive external moisture and without signs of disease, traces of rotting, wilting or shriveling. Shape characteristic of the variety. Color and cross-section typical of the variety, without excessive external moisture and without signs of disease, traces of rotting, wilting or shriveling,2. Delivery: must include one species of the supplied assortment. 3. packaging: must have a label containing the name of the manufacturer, the name of the product, the net weight of the product, the expiration date,4. shelf life: at least: 30 days, calculated from the date of delivery,5. Vegetables and fruits can be ordered by schools and kindergarten in pieces, which will then be weighed by the Supplier and priced according to the offer. 1. type:, bedding, weight group L, 2. quality: fresh, egg shell of normal shape, clean, undamaged. Current bacteriological testing of eggs, means of transport and farm for salmonella for inspection,3. Delivery: in clean disposable packaging (paper extruded).
