Description

The subject matter of the order is delivery, installation and implementation of integrated IT system necessary for realization of objectives defined in project documentation "Implementation of e-services and telemetric system for servicing customers of the Water and Sewage Company Ltd. in Mrągowo".
The subject matter of the contract is delivery and implementation of Electronic Customer Service Office (eBOK), launching 11 e-services as well as delivery and implementation of telemetric system and IT environment The subject matter of the contract includes:1) Conducting a pre-implementation Analysis, 2) Implementation of a telemetry supervision system together with the supply and installation of water meters and telemetry modules for water meters in locations indicated by the Ordering Party,3) Integration with the Ordering Party's billing system,4) Development and implementation of the eBOK System, which in particular includes: a) implementation of the eBOK System in accordance with the description of the subject matter of the contract, b) consultations and training for administrators, c) delivery of necessary software together with documentation, d) carrying out tests. 6) Delivery and implementation of the IT environment (necessary IT equipment to implement e-services): a) server - 1 kpl. b) database - 1 kpl. c) computer equipment - 5 stands, notebook - 1 pc, 7) Providing technical assistance as part of the contract performance quality guarantee, 8) Production and delivery of complete documentation, including technical documentation, instructions, instructional materials, including those regarding the characteristics of water meters and overlays, including approvals, certificates, declarations of conformity, licenses.
