OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
The STQ requires the services of a shipyard capable of providing the necessary conditions to bring a vessel to dry-dock and carry out the required inspections and repairs. The contract covers, but is not limited to, dry-docking, ship servicing, mechanical and electrical repairs, steel work, cleaning, painting and inspection.

SHIP DELIVERY AND DRY-DOCKING
The ship will be delivered by the owner to the entrance of the dry dock or to any other dock designated by the service provider. However, all costs incurred (pilotage, towing, mooring lines, guarding, etc.), either to move the vessel from the designated quay to the entrance of the dry dock, or to position the vessel in the dry dock, will be at the service provider's expense, risk and expense.
TIMETABLE FOR EXECUTION OF PROPOSED WORK
The following dates take precedence over those specified in the Description of Work:

DURATION OF WORK
The duration of the work, for each dry dock, must be a maximum of FIFTY-SEVEN (57) days (including 7 days at dockside at the end of the dry dock), starting from the date of delivery of the vessel to the service provider's shipyard.

TENDER DEADLINE AND PLACE FOR RECEIPT OF BIDS
Paper bids for this invitation to tender must be submitted no later than 2 p.m. local time on Tuesday, November 26, 2024, to the attention of Annick Marin at the following address:
