Description

The aim of this tendering process is to find a provider - hereinafter referred to as "AN" - that offers flexible sports and health programs in various studios in and around Hamburg that employees can use for a fixed membership fee. The aim is to reach as many employees as possible and encourage them to adopt health-conscious behavior in order to promote the health of employees at AG and create a work-life balance.

AN must be able to offer a wide range of sports and health activities. The fitness offers must be designed in such a way that the focus is on the health-promoting aspect of promoting exercise and/or coping with stress. This includes fitness activities that promote endurance, flexibility, coordination, strength, posture, muscle building (in a healthy way) and contribute to better stress management. AN is committed to continuously developing the sports offer for new innovative offers (e.g. new facilities, courses, apps, challenges).
