Description

Argonne National Laboratory is looking to source one(1) Field-Emission Scanning Electron Microscope (FE-SEM) that would include installation training warranty and trade-in.  Please see Specifications listed in the Statement of Work,"Field-Emission Scanning Electron Microscope (FE-SEM)," dated August 27, 2024 for further details.

If able to provide systen and services, please provide and address the following by 09/20/2024, 5:00 PM CST.  
All clarification questions must be provided by 9/17/2024, 5:00 PM CST.
