GOVERNMENT PROCUREMENT CENTER
CENTRE D'ACQUISITIONS GOUVERNEMENTALES acts as an agent for health and social service establishments. CENTRE D'ACQUISITIONS GOUVERNEMENTALES (hereinafter referred to as the "PUBLIC ORGANIZATION") is legally constituted under the Act respecting the Centre d'acquisitions gouvernementales (RLRQ, chapter C-7.01).
PURPOSE
THE PUBLIC ORGANIZATION is soliciting bids for single and twin maternal fetal monitors offering a wireless maternal fetal monitoring system, accessories and starter kit, as well as user and GBM training for the benefit of participating facilities located in the delivery regions covered by this notice.
INFORMATION SESSION
An information session will be held on November 20, 2024, at 10:30 a.m. via Teams. BIDDERS interested in attending are invited to confirm their attendance by e-mail to nadine.cimon@cag.gouv.qc.ca . A link will be sent to interested parties prior to the virtual meeting.
The purpose of this meeting is to answer bidders' questions on any aspect of the call for tenders. Failure to attend may not be used as an excuse or pretext for errors, omissions or irregularities on the part of any TENDER or SUPPLIER.
DURATION OF CONTRACT
- For the acquisition of equipment, starter kit and accessories, including user and technical training for GBM :
The contract will cover a period of : THREE (3) years
- With regard to the consumables contract :
The term of the consumables contract is SEIZE (16) years, which is calculated based on the possibility of an asset being acquired during the third year of the scheduled asset acquisition period. Prices will be firm for the first FIVE (5) years and with further firm prices scheduled for FIVE (5) further years to the contract for years SIX (6) to TEN (10), as well as a final period of firm prices scheduled for SIX (6) further years, i.e. for years ELEVEN (11) to SEIZE (16).
