Description

This Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization to retain an Electrical or Lighting Contractor as the Prime Contractor for the F415-00-1 Sechelt Hospital Lighting Upgrade project. The project is an acute care interior lighting systems upgrade. This involves retrofitting of existing luminaires with new, energy efficient, components that will be installed within the existing housing. Some new luminaires will be installed in stairwells and selected areas.  All work is anticipated to be completed by March 14, 2025. Eligible Bidders: Only Bidders pre-qualified by the Health Organization in the following discipline may submit a Tender in response to this ITT: Discipline: Lighting Contractors  Qualification Range: Acute Care Projects over $100K or Discipline: Electrical Contractors  Qualification Range: Acute Care Projects over $100K The pre-qualification lists for the Health Organizations may be viewed on the Fraser Health Authority website:  http://www.fraserhealth.ca/about-us/business-opportunities/
