Description
The purpose of this Request for Pre-Qualifications (“RFPQ”) is to invite interested General Contractors (“Respondents”) to submit Responses indicating their interest in and qualifications for the Pemberton Healthcare Centre (Pemberton HC) X-ray Room Replacement Project, Project Number # F033-00. Based on these Responses, Vancouver Coastal Health Authority (“Authority”) intends to select, in accordance with the terms of this RFPQ, a short-list of Respondents will be invited to participate in the next stage of the Construction Tender process. This RFPQ is not a tender, an offer, or a request for proposals, and there is no intention by the Authority to make an offer by issuing this RFPQ.
