Description
The purpose of this bid is to contract a service to provide an external collection service with automated systems for the payment of SMAPA customers' bills (bills or invoices).
The collector must have a Collection System that contains software and computer hardware and a telecommunications system that must connect, online, with a computer center associated with its own or third party terminal networks and its virtual channels.
All of the above, in accordance with the requirements established in the Administrative Bases, the Technical Bases and all the published annexes.
