Germany - Extended shell construction work

Description

Sprinkenhof GmbH is building a specialized facility for children with special educational and psychiatric care needs in 22453 Hamburg, Klotzenmoorstieg 4. This facility is being built on behalf of the social welfare authorities and will offer targeted support at the interface between youth welfare and child and adolescent psychiatry on around 2,825 m² of gross floor area.
A crescent-shaped 2.5-storey building complex is being built in a mixed construction of reinforced concrete, masonry and a curtain wall façade. It houses rooms for three residential groups, classrooms, offices, social rooms and therapy rooms. The exercise room and the technical area are located in the basement, which has a partial cellar.
The 4,746 m² site is designed in such a way that the natural charm of the area is preserved. A central courtyard serves as a meeting place. In the southern part of the site there is space for play and leisure areas. An adventure area will be created on one of the roofs. In keeping with the neighboring buildings, Casa Luna will be a very green, relaxing place that offers children space to develop and heal. PV systems, extensive and intensive green roofs, a heat pump, rainwater harvesting and an approx. 108 m³ rainwater retention trench will ensure a good urban climate in future

The list of services for the extended shell construction work roughly comprises
Site equipment, earthworks, foundation pipes, dewatering, reinforced concrete, bricklaying, interior plastering and scaffolding work

Essential work:
Title 1: Construction road with natural stone gravel approx. 330m³; approx. 3,680 m³ of excavation work; approx. 1,530 m³ of fill soil, construction dewatering and construction of a drainage system
Title 2: approx. 1,000 m² perimeter insulation, reinforced concrete work (in-situ concrete and prefabricated parts), masonry work interior walls 24 cm approx. 1,300 m², 11.5 cm approx. 1,050 m², interior plaster work including approx. 4,920 m² machine plaster Q3, scaffolding work including approx. 2,330 m² facade scaffolding, 3 stair towers, various scaffolding works
Title 3: Construction of the drainage system from the building including earthworks with approx. 80 m of rainwater pipes underneath the building, 110 m of pipes and 3 shafts outside the building, two rainwater cisterns of 14 m³ each and approx. 110 m of wastewater pipes underneath the building and 420 m of pipes and 7 shafts outside the building. Approx. 80 m of underground heating pipes, approx. 160 m of drinking water pipes, approx. 600 m of empty conduits in trenches including house entry for connection between the parts of the building are to be laid. Approx. 780 m foundation earth electrodes and 300 m ring earth electrodes for the lightning protection system.
Title 4: Construction of rainwater drainage incl. soil excavation, pipelines, approx. 10 shafts DN 1000, installation of RW trench 108 m³.
