Invitation for Expression of Interest Press Notice   Procurement Reference  : RRA/CCD /EOI  3 of 2024/2025   Expression of Interest for Consultancy Services for the Development of a Policy Framework on Early Childhood Development (ECD)    [Authorized under Section 24 (2) (a) of the Public Procurement Act 2006 1.The Rodrigues Regional Assembly, Commission  For Women’s Affairs, Child Development, Family Welfare and Consumer Protection is proceeding with an Expression of interest on line and inviting potential Consultants  of Mauritian nationals or entities incorporated in Mauritius to submit their proposals through the Government e Procurement System   2.The purpose of this Expression of Interest is to request for proposals from national and international qualified consultants as single entity or in joint venture with other consultants, and with or without sub-consultants,for the development of a robust and comprehensive policy framework on Early Childhood Development (ECD) to ensure comprehensive and inclusive services for children aged between 0-5 years. This framework will guide governmental and non-governmental stakeholders in promoting holistic child development and should align with national priorities and international best practices, enabling the Commission for Child Development & Others to promote high quality, equitable and inclusive ECD services that support children, families and communities.3 Expression of Interest  may be downloaded from the e Procurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Consultants who have submitted proposals online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their proposals as from  28 November 2024 at  14 hr 01  till 02  December 2024   up to 11hr00   6.Proposals received will be opened online in the presence of the Consultants’ representatives who choose to attend at the address given hereunder on 2 December 2024 as from 11 hrs 01 up to 02  December 2024 at 15hr 00   Commission for Women’s Affairs, Child Development, Family Welfare and Consumer Protection, Family Integrated Centre Malabar , Rodrigues           .
