Invitation for Expression of Interest Press Notice   Procurement Reference  : RRA/CCD /EOI  1 of 2024/2025   Expression of Interest for Consultancy Services for Study on Men’s Perception of Masculinity in Rodrigues      [Authorized under Section 24 (2) (a) of the Public Procurement Act 2006 1.The Rodrigues Regional Assembly, Commission  For Women’s Affairs, Child Development, Family Welfare and Consumer Protection is proceeding with an Expression of interest on line and inviting potential Consultants  of Mauritian nationals or entities incorporated in Mauritius to submit their proposals through the Government e Procurement System   2.The purpose of this Expressions of Interest is to request for proposals from national and international qualified consultants as single entity or in joint venture with other consultants, and with or without sub-consultants for a study on ‘Men’s Perception of Masculinity in Rodrigues’ which aims at gaining a better understanding of how Rodriguan men perceive masculinity, how this perception affects their mental health and establish whether there is a link between perception of masculinity and the prevalence of GBV and other social issues. Consultants who have submitted proposals online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their proposals as from  28 November 2024 at  14 hr 01  till 02  December 2024   up to 11hr00   6.  .
