Description
The purpose of this contract is to engage a team of two (2) experts (one (1) senior expert and one (1) deputy expert) in building mechanics, instrumentation and control - EnteliWEB monitoring for a period of one year, with four optional years following a positive evaluation by the City. The team will have to use the EnteliWEB platform already in place, integrate new equipment and optimize existing equipment.
The Contract is for a period of one year, with four (4) optional renewal years of one (1) year each. i.e. from February 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025 and from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2029 for the four (4) optional years.
The team will be called upon to work approximately 15 hours per week, depending on demand. Only hours officially worked will be paid.
