Description
The PRINCIPAL wishes to retain the Professional Services of a firm specialized and certified in the configuration of the Planisware Enterprise solution and which possesses the skills and expertise in all the modules offered by the solution. The Professional Services required are those of certified consultants in development, implementation and configuration of Planisware Enterprise modules, as well as business experts specialized in the various modules available in the solution. These resources are primarily complementary to the PRINCIPAL's resources and will work in close collaboration. It is expected that the CONTRACTOR will have its own Planisware Enterprise development environment to support its development and configuration activities, although the PRINCIPAL will directly use its own TEST environment for its configurations. Professional Services will mainly be used for complex and advanced tool evolutions, such as new module implementation, cross-system integrations, process automation, production releases, etc. The objective is to obtain Professional Services for the Planisware Enterprise solution, for a basic period of twenty-nine (29) months from the date of award, plus two (2) option years, in the form of hour banks. When the solution was acquired, an initial configuration phase enabled the delivery of modules with SAFe methodology and some of the traditional project management modules up to the limits defined in the Call for Tenders for the acquisition of the solution (1000650). Following these initial implementations, the PRINCIPAL wishes to continue with the configuration, integration and evolution of the solution in order to benefit from its investment, while optimizing its operational and strategic practices with the Planisware Enterprise tool and integrating it with its existing solutions from its technological ecosystem.
