Canada - Experienced FREP Water Quality Assessment Trainers and Data Collectors

Interested Suppliers are invited to submit a Response to this MULRFQ for the opportunity to be assessed for their eligibility to be added to the Ministry’s Multi-Use List of Qualified Suppliers for Experienced FREP Water Quality Assessment Trainers and Data Collectors.  This RFQ is for suppliers who have received the FREP Water Quality Assessment 2 day training course and have completed the water quality assessment training or data collection contract with the Ministry.  Interested parties that do not meet these requirements my respond to 1070-30/OT23FHQ241 Water Quality Assessment and co-training Opportunity.As described in section 8, on a non-exclusive “as, if and when requested” basis, Qualified Suppliers may be sent Competition Notices providing the opportunity to compete to provide Services to the Ministry.Only Qualified Suppliers will be sent and may respond to Competition Notices that may issue from this MULRFQ. No Competition Notices will be issued before the Initial Intake.Unless otherwise indicated, this MULRFQ is also intended to identify and evaluate Qualified Resources by reviewing the qualifications of specific employees or subcontractors proposed by Respondents. If specific Resources are evaluated as part of this MULRFQ, Qualified Resources, as key personnel of the Contractor will be required to perform the Services under any Contract that results from a Competition Notice that is issued under the MULRFQ.The Services include delivering training to district staff and others identified by the Ministry and conducting site assessments using the FREP Water Quality Assessment procedure. The Services are described in greater detail, including in section 5 and the Appendices.Interested Suppliers should familiarize themselves with the entirety of this MULRFQ and submit a Response as described in section 7.
