Description
Extension of the existing CHP plant (module 1 + 2) by 3rd module essentially:
- 1 combined heat and power unit min. 75 kWelectr. as a compact module in a heat- and sound-insulating housing on a self-supporting steel frame for operation with sewage gas (and min. 56 kWelectr. for natural gas)
- Adaptation and extension of the sewage gas and natural gas pipes to supply the new CHP unit
- Integration of new CHP unit into heat distribution system with central emergency cooling including heat meter
- Relocation of the existing gas purification system to a new outdoor installation site in a container, including the necessary adjustments to the gas and heating pipes
- Approx. 100 m stainless steel pipe DN 32 - DN 100 incl. insulation
- Production of core drillings and fire barriers for pipes and cables
- 1 control and monitoring cabinet for the module-related switching and control switchgear for auxiliary drives, measuring equipment, automation equipment, etc. including user software, remote diagnostic access and transfer of data to the higher-level PLC as well as transfer of commands from the process control system
- 1 switchgear panel as meter and low-voltage switchgear
- Approx. 250 m of cable and line installations within buildings including laying systems
- General building installation and lighting
- Earthing systems, equipotential bonding and lightning protection
- Maintenance contract for new 3rd CHP unit
