Description
Extension and restructuring of school campus (GS\/MS\/HfK) Hanselmannstraße \/ Schleißheimer Straße. Specialist planning for structural engineering in accordance with Par. 51 HOAI LPH 1-6.
This consists of:
Extension and restructuring of elementary school Hanselmannstr. 44 incl. sports hall; conversion and renovation of secondary school Schleißheimer Str. 275 incl. extension and 2-fold sports hall; new building for children Schleißheimer Str. 279; renovation of the listed bunker in Schleißheimer Str. 281 as well as new construction of a multifunctional building for the primary and secondary school with underground parking (learning houses and canteen) incl. demolition of the existing building of the mobile room unit. --
A coherent structural planning concept for the school site is expected.
The approx. 15,000 m² site in district 11 - Milbertshofen Am Hart is home to the four-form entry elementary school (GS) at Hanselmannstr. 45 and an associated mobile room unit (MRE) at Hanselmannstr. 44, the four-form entry secondary school (MS) at Schleißheimer Str. 275 and the Haus für Kinder (HfK) at Schleißheimer Str. 279.
The existing school and daycare buildings were built at different times and are not listed buildings. The high-rise bunker at Schleißheimer Str. 281 is also part of the site and is registered as a listed building. --
The school site at GS Hanselmannstraße\/MS Schleißheimer Straße is to be restructured and extended. --
The secondary school building is in considerable need of renovation. A detailed as-built survey is therefore to be carried out. A decision will be made between refurbishment and new construction after the analysis of the existing secondary school. Partial demolition in conjunction with a general refurbishment is currently being considered. In addition, an extension or possibly a new building is required to meet the standard room program in accordance with the learning house concept. --
The primary school building is structurally in good condition and should be adapted in accordance with the current standard room program. An extension or possibly a new building in accordance with the learning house concept is also required to compensate for the existing space deficit. --
The cramped site areas must be taken into account in the planning.
The task includes the expansion and restructuring of both schools by means of corresponding new buildings and the partial demolition of the middle school annexes as well as the demolition of the children's day care center in need of renovation, the middle school gymnasium, which is not worth preserving, and the mobile room unit also located on the property. --
The existing primary school building is to undergo as little structural intervention as possible. Demolition of the existing building (built in 2003) should therefore be ruled out. An extension is not desired from a structural and functional point of view. This makes it necessary to construct a new building to extend the elementary school, which must include two learning units. --
In the case of the secondary school, it must be examined to what extent it is possible to retain part of the existing building as a basis for implementing the new standard room program. The conversion of the attic of the core building (built in 1881) is possible in principle. Two new sports halls are to be built and outdoor sports areas created. The existing children's house is to be demolished and replaced by a new building in a suitable location on the school campus. --
If possible, the bunker should be put to a sensible use and incorporated into the overall project. --
The as-built survey and recording of the supporting structure of the secondary school must be carried out during the 2025 summer vacation. LPH 1 incl. as-built survey must be completed by 14.11.2025.
The buildings are to be fully commissioned in several construction phases by June 2036 at the latest. --
Against the backdrop of the Munich City Council's decision in December 2019 to achieve climate neutrality, the use of renewable energy in particular is... (The text has been cut off. You can find the entire text in the PDF file)
