Description
Execution of shell construction work; The Hesedorf daycare center, Aueweg 1 in 27404 Hesedorf, will receive a single-storey extension in; solid construction to create space for a crèche group. Rooms are being created for the care of children aged 0 to 3 years (group, rest and sanitary room) and additional rooms (material storage, pump/technology). The client is looking for a company to carry out the structural work. The execution of the shell construction work must begin within 12 working days of receipt of the request by the client (Section 5 (2) sentence 2 VOB\/B) in accordance with the attached Special Terms and Conditions of Contract (Annex 01). The shell construction work is expected to take place from the 5th calendar week of 2025 at the latest and be completed by the end of the 19th calendar week of 2025 at the latest.
