CFTA will apply to this solicitation.
The Comprehensive Land Claim agreements will not apply.
Requirement
NRC’s Falcon 20 Main Landing Gear Strut L/H P/N A23663 023, S/N B59 and Main Landing Gear Strut R/H P/N A23664 023, S/N B94 currently installed on DA20 S/N 109 require overhaul each 15 years in accordance with Falcon 20 Maintenance Manual Chapter 5.
Note to Bidders
The bidders must submit fixed unit price. All prices must be submitted in Canadian currency. Customs duties are excluded and applicable taxes are extra. Please note that suppliers will be invited directly due to a non responsive bid that close on November 12th 2024.
Evaluation Process
Bidders must meet all the mandatory criterion described in the Request for Proposal.
