Description
1.2.1 The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement to establish a National Individual Standing Offer (NISO) for the provision of Dry Gas Cylinders (Ethyl Alcohol Standard) as detailed in Annex A, to the Identified Users across Canada, including areas subject to Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements (CLCAs).
1.2.2 The period of the Standing Offer will be from April 1, 2025 for three (3) years with three (3) 1-year options.
1.2.3 The intent is to issue one Standing Offer as a result of this solicitation.
1.2.4 The Request for Standing Offers (RFSO) is to establish a National Individual Standing Offer (NISO) for the delivery of the requirement detailed in the RFSO, to the Identified Users across Canada, including areas subject to Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements (CLCAs).
1.2.5 This Standing Offer is subject to the following Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement (CLCA) and applicable Treaties:
The Ta'an Kwach'an Council Final Agreement, Kwanlin Dun First Nation Final Agreement, and Umbrella Final Agreement – Council for Yukon Indians applies.
Please note that the Umbrella Final Agreement includes the following Agreements:
1. First Nation of Nacho Nyak Dun Final Agreement
2. Champagne and Aishihik First Nations Final Agreement
3. Teslin Tlingit Council Final Agreement
4. Vuntut Gwitchin First Nation Final Agreement
5. Selkirk First Nation Final Agreement
6. Little Salmon/Carmacks First Nations Final Agreement
7. Tr'ondëk Hwëch'in Final Agreement
8. Ta'an Kwach'an Council Final Agreement
9. Kluane First Nation Final Agreement
10. Kwanlin Dun First Nation Final Agreement
11. Carcross/Tagish First Nations Final Agreement
