Description

The University of Passau is looking for a service provider to design and implement a maker space for teacher education in the BMBF project moreBNE (making open resources in teacher education. Focus on ESD) at the Center for Teacher Education and Subject Didactics (ZLF).
Maker spaces are learning environments for independent, creative and collaborative work with analog and digital technologies. They are open learning spaces that offer easy access to tools, technologies, materials and know-how so that people can tinker and work independently. They are also cultural spaces for social exchange, mutual support and inspiration. The users share the maker mindset, a creative and experimental attitude that emphasizes independent and collaborative experimentation, learning from mistakes and problem-solving through hands-on action and DIY.
