Description
The contractor shall provide relocation/moving services of all E9-A goods and equipment identified in the PWS 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4 from Hangar 4, Bldg 360708, Bldg 280, and both E-9A Connex containers to the "Alert Pad" on Tyndall AFB. Complete relocation of specified items with 100% inspection. Relocation will occur from 2 December 2024 to 6 December 2024. The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, and materials to disassemble (if necessary), relocate, and reassemble (if necessary) the E-9A Program furniture and equipment listed below. This work includes items located in:
· Building 360708
· Building 280
· Hanger 4 floor area
· Both E-9A Connex containers
The moving contractor will be responsible for relocating all items, without causing damage, and reassembling them to their pre-move condition. Before the move, the contractor will provide the E-9A Program Office with a written packing list of all items or boxes. All equipment in the COMBS office will be pre-boxed, sealed, and labeled by the CLS contractor. The moving contractor will be responsible for moving the furniture, storage cabinets, equipment racks, and pre-boxed parts within the COMBS office. The government does not have an exact box count but estimates that approximately 250 (15x12x10) boxes will need to be relocated. Unboxing of the items will not be required of the moving contractor. Any equipment within the COMBS that is not pre-boxed will be moved by the government.
QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS (Q&A) PERIOD The due date for all questions associated with this solicitation is no later than 15 Nov 2024.
SITE VISIT: Has been established for 14 Nov 2024 at 1300 CST. Any vendors interested in attending the site visit will need to send the below information to SSgt Vaughn Swinton vaughn.swinton@us.af.mil and Nelson Kraemer nelson.kraemer@us.af.mil , no later than 13 Nov 2024 at 1300 CST. Your participation in the site visit is strictly voluntary on your part. The United States Air Force assumes "NO" liability or expense on behalf of your attendance or participation of the Site Visit.
