CALL FOR TENDERS
ENVIRONMENTAL MONITORING PROGRAM FOR SEPTIC SYSTEMS WITH TERTIARY TREATMENT INVOLVING DISCHARGE INTO THE ENVIRONMENT
The Municipality of Chelsea invites tenders for the environmental monitoring program for septic systems with tertiary treatment involving discharge into the environment for private properties on its territory for a period of three (3) years.
Only bids prepared on the appropriate forms will be considered.
Sealed bids, clearly identified as to content, must be received at Chelsea Town Hall, 100 Old Chelsea Road, Chelsea, Quebec J9B 1C1, under penalty of rejection, before 2:00 p.m. on November 21, 2024, local time.
The Municipality of Chelsea does not undertake to accept the lowest or any bid.
The bid will be valid for a period of ninety (90) days.
