All documents/addenda are only available for download/submission on the CVRD Procurement Portal Bonfire at https://cvrd.bonfirehub.ca/portal/?tab=pastOpportunities.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Request for Quotations: Environmental Monitoring and Annual Reporting for Four (4) CVRD FacilitiesScope of WorkThis Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Cowichan Valley Regional District (the “CVRD”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Environmental Monitoring and Annual Reporting for Four (4) CVRD Facilities, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).The CVRD is requesting quotations from qualified respondents for the annual services of environmental groundwater and surface water sample collection, liaison with the designated laboratory, and annual reporting of the analytical results for three waste transfer stations and one closed landfill within the Cowichan Valley Regional District.The successful Respondent and staff must have the appropriate qualifications to perform duties, review results, and report on the tasks required under this RFP.Notes Addenda: It is the sole responsibility of the Respondent to check the Bonfire portal for any addenda(s) before submitting their response.All awards and results will be posted on CVRD Procurement Portal Bonfire https://cvrd.bonfirehub.ca/portal/?tab=pastOpportunities.
