Description
Recreation Sites and Trails B.C., a division of the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change Strategy, invites interested parties to submit responses for the provision of Fire Rings on an as, if, and when needed requested basis to be offered through a Standing Arrangement between the successful Respondent(s) and the Province.Any Standing Arrangements that result from this procurement will be available to the Coast Region of the Province only, excluding Haida Gwaii.RSTBC will pay up to a maximum of $750.00 per Fire Ring, including delivery to the applicable District Office. The Province intends to enter into up to three (3) Standing Arrangements for each Recreation District which are: Discovery Coast - Campbell River South Island Sunshine Coast (for Nanaimo and Powell River) Sea to Sky - Squamish ChilliwackThe initial term of the Standing Arrangement will be for a one (1) year period. The Ministry will have an option to extend the term, in the sole discretion of the Ministry, for two (2) additional one (1) year periods for a maximum Standing Arrangement term of three (3) years.
