Description

The Entwicklungsgesellschaft Neue Zeche Westerholt mbH intends to revitalize the Westerholt mine, which ceased operations on 19.12.2008. During the inspection of the building fabric, damage was found in the supporting structure of the roof of the listed old metalworking shop (building 130) and the listed former training workshop (building 122). The listed buildings have suffered storm damage in the eaves area, which has damaged a large part of the eaves. In order to make the building envelope winter-proof, it is necessary to apply a new roof covering (not included in the specifications). To this end, the eaves will be partially restored. The monument-appropriate execution is not part of the specifications, but is a basis for the subsequent restoration. All measures were coordinated with the safety and health protection coordinator (SiGeKo), the lower monument protection authority (UDB) and the building inspectorate. The following services are to be provided:; Documentation on the construction of the cornice\/ eaves for both buildings; Construction site equipment for both buildings; Building 122:; -: Remove loose eaves area: 65 m²; -: Restore eaves area: 65 m²; -: Leveling layer: 65 m²; Clean and remove vegetation; Building 130:; -: Remove loose eaves area: 60 m²; -: Restore eaves area: 60 m²; -: Leveling layer: 60 m²; Clean and remove vegetation
